Special Moves
We've just completed the re design of office space for Special Moves. They approached us to help sort out their space. We like to involve the staff so carried out a Design Surgery to identify the issues that effect their daily working lives.

The design responds to their comments by introducing flexible meeting spaces with black and magnetic white boards, tidying up their cable management and providing storage for their bikes

Getting the staff involved is a great way of introducing change to organisations. Not only do you ensure that the space is designed to suit they way they want to work but they really enjoy the process.

Want your office re designed? Get your staff to do it
Handing over the design process to the shop floor might seem like a mad idea for us to recommend but by getting the staff involved you'll see immediate improvements in productivity and well being that will make a real difference to your bottom line. Find it hard to believe? Well the team at Prism have been conducting research into the subject and can identify improvements in productivity and well being of over 30% for offices where the staff have been involved.
We’ve developed a process of client involvement and feedback that runs alongside our design process. The aim is to involve the staff so that they take ownership of their space and the developments. This empowerment process leads to significant increases in job satisfaction, physical well being and productivity.
